What are your payment options?
For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, DiscoverCard and American Express.

How do I get free shipping?
For domestic orders of $75 or more, USPS Priority Mail shipping is free.
Are my online credit card orders sercure?
Yes. We use industry-standard secure-socket-layer technology (SSL) to encrypt all personal data, including credit card information, that is submitted through our website. Secured pages are indicated by a small lock icon in the lower right corner of your browser which is activated by our secure certificate with GeoTrust. Credit cards are processed through LinkPoint services, one of the nation's largest processors. We do not store your credit card information.
What is your shipping policy?
In most cases, orders are processed promptly for next day shipping. Domestic orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days. For domestic orders of $75 or more, USPS Priority Mail shipping is free.

International shipments will be sent via Global Priority Mail. Any import fees, duties or taxes associated with an international shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, the customer is liable for shipping costs on refused packages.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, simply click on Gift Certificate in the site navigation bar on our Home page. All Gift Certificates bought via Internet are only redeemable through the Internet store. All Gift Certificates bought through the store are only redeemable through the store in person.
Do you sell wholesale?
We support wholesale pricing through our Volume Discounting program. Most of our items have three-tiered pricing depending on the quantity that is ordered. In order to access this, just click on the item you want to order to see the pricing structure associated with it.
How does your volume discounting work? Can I mix and match different colors and still get the discount?
We are only able to offer volume discounts on items that have the same SKU code. Since each item (regardless of color) is assigned it's own SKU code, we are unable to allow combining of colors.
How do you ensure my order is accurate?
We have at least two people check your order for accuracy and quality of merchandise. However, errors do happen occasionally. Be sure to check your packaging carefully before discarding anything, and please call us immediately if something is missing.
How do you handle out-of-stock items?
Our online inventory system is not yet networked to our store's inventory system. Therefore, when you order something that is out of stock, you will be notified and given an estimated ship date. You always have the choice of ordering a different item or receiving a refund.
Are your pictures accurate?
We do our best to describe and picture the beads on our website as accurately as possible. However, in some cases, i.e. sterling silver, the color in the picture is somewhat distorted.
Do you have a printed catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog. Our stock changes constantly and it is easier to update an online catalog.
If I leave the site and come back, will my shopping cart be remembered?
Yes, it will. The contents of your cart are remembered for 30 days.
What is your return policy?
  • With prior authorization, items must be returned within 10 days of receipt and in the same condition as sold.
  • Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and there are no refunds on shipping or insurance fees.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender and return shipments must be insured.

Semi-Precious strands are approximatly 16" long. Variation on the size of beads are unavoidable. If longer or shorter it is noted in the description.
